Ramen soup consists of three main components:
Base stock, Motodare and Flavor oils
Each of them is crucially important, playing its own unique role in creating a Universe of taste in one single bowl -- a bowl meant to feed and entertain, satiate and captivate, nourish and gratify, sustaining both the body and the soul.
While good quality Base stock and Motodare can be made into a tasty Ramen soup when combined together, another component is indispensable to make Ramen truly delicious - Flavor oils.
Flavor oils are a key to create a full-bodied and harmonious taste not only of Ramen soup itself
but of the whole dish (including noodles) in its totality as well.
