If I sign up, which is the best course that fits me?

If you are interested in starting a ramen restaurant business, we recommend that you take the Complete Basic Course. In addition to information provided there, you will also be able to consult our instructors on any topic related to ramen cuisine and ramen business.

Can a school instructor develop a menu with me?

Yes. Of course. That is what we do at our school. Because ramen can and should be unique and delicious, we help each student create their own bowls of ramen and menu.
